Avalie Fine Arts uses this portal to share private artwork proofs with customers and collect revision requests and approvals.

We collect customer name, email, project details, revision comments, optional reference images, approval confirmations, and limited technical data such as IP address and browser information for proof approvals and abuse prevention. Order lookup details are used only to locate the matching private proof page.

Proof images are watermarked and delivered through restricted storage. Original high-resolution artwork files are not exposed through this portal.

Private proof links use long random tokens and may expire. Do not share your proof link with others.
